We participate in co-operative access schemes that enable our staff and students access to other UK HE Libraries. NHS staff also have access to other health libraries.

SCONUL Access- This enables research students, full-time and part-time postgraduates, distance-learning and placement students to borrow material from other UK HE libraries.
University of London Libraries Access Agreement - Provides for reciprocal reference access in nearly all of the libraries of the institutions which make up the federal University. For a list of participating institutions, click here.
The British Library
http://www.bl.uk/ The main St Pancras site, in Central London, has 11 Reading Rooms. You need a Reader Pass for access. Anyone can apply for a Reader Pass, but due to pressure on their services they cannot guarantee admission.
The Wellcome Library
The Wellcome Library is one of the world's major resources for the study of medical history including online collections. It also offers a growing collection of material relating to contemporary medicine and biomedical science in society.
Search25 provides one stop access to the library catalogues of nearly 60 world-renowned institutions and specialist collections within the M25 Consortium of Academic Libraries.
Copac National, Academic, and Specialist Library Catalogue gives free access to the merged online catalogues of many major University, Specialist, and National Libraries in the UK and Ireland, including the British Library.
SUNCAT (Serials Union Catalogue) for the UK research community is a free tool to help researchers locate serials held in the UK.
